How to not judge yourself ? Yeah it looks easy. People say don’t think about it, don’t think bad about yourself, People will talk once and then forget but the main problem is with our self we won’t stop judging our selves, we get stressed over the things that doesn’t matter for anyone but we judge ourselves whether it is a concern of people or maybe they are your own thoughts so here we’ll discuss How to not judge yourself and work on this problem of judging.

The main problem with judgement is that it is poisoning our lives and you don’t know what is the mechanism of judgement, how judgement backfires you, how will you judge others is the same as you judging yourself and the main point is that Judgement you make about others is the same applied to you so I want to illustrate this point by a common example many of us have gone through.
The idea is very simple every time you make a judgement for somebody else physical behavior, their appearance and their belief systems or anything else you basically judging yourself at the same time and making the life very difficult for yourself in the future.

Maybe you are from the people that values their health so you go to the gym and you work out and then you live a healthy life but then you judge fat people on the street, you called names to them and maybe you and your friends passes jokes on fat people it’s good you are healthy and fit. Now you are wondering how it backfires you, I’ve a toned body and I’m fit so it doesn’t backfires on me but accept the fact that it does. 
Let’s suppose you have go to your parents for holidays or you have visited them for thanksgiving or Christmas feast and everyone is eating over there Turkey mash potatoes everything so what happened you start to eat a little bit of it and you fall off from your healthy diet and you have put on and inch or two around your waist afterwards your belt gets tight and you loosen up the notch so what will happens now you’ll start to feel guilty, you start to feel bad about yourself, you’ll curse yourself why you ate that time. Wish you didn’t eat that day, you’ll judge yourself whether I am looking good, you won’t be able to fit in your clothes or you overthink it, and that’s how doing judgement backfires you.
Now, you are worried even if you gain a little bit weight, but you are overthinking it and judging yourself and when people trying to motivate you to how to not judge
yourself but you are still wondering and judging people that they are happy because you’ve lost your fit body, they are jealous so ultimately you are judging yourself so the only solution of how to not judge yourself is to stop judging others even in your own concern.
How to not judge yourself
- Pay attention towards the negative thoughts that are arising in your mind, catch them don’t over think and don’t remember that thought again. Resist the habit of calling yourself stupid, ugly or incompetent. Don’t put yourself down. Challenge, and replace the negativity with positive thoughts and words.
- Focus on the positives you have, Accept the compliments with gratitude.
