The scent of repetition is really on you under and under and under and under and under and when I feel this way I am really with you. You must be there before you can do anything. Whatever happens outside, it must first happen inside.

The main thing is to preserve the main thing that is the best thing.

How to develop our minds?

Repetition of ideas is where understanding develops.

Paradigms are formed through repetition and that is how we must change it. Develop understanding through study. Solomen said that in all your getting, get understanding. Where there is no vision, people will perish.

Talking about the book written by Joel Barker, the author states, “To neglect the power of paradigm to determine your opinion to place yourself at peril when traversing the tomorrow.”

Take a pen decree with absolute certainty what my life is going to be like, where I am going to go and what I am going to do.

We think in pictures closet, fridge, garage, bedroom, washroom, front door and now go to the mind. No cells of recognition of the mind, it is not the brain.

Very few people have an image for the mind. The mind is moving and the body is the manifestation of that movement.

The brain is the reason for the activation of the brain cells. The mind controls and operates it.

We are mind and body.

Some steps how to change your inner programming

Some steps how to change your inner programming is to become conscious of what it teaches us. When you’re not trying to control your thoughts, when you’re not consciously thinking or doing anything directly, in other words, when your mind is wandering uninhibited, where does your mind go? All of us have an inner voice full of self-hate, self-rejection, and self-doubt. Our insecurities, shortcomings, and imperfections have overwhelmed us. We dwell on the sorrows of the past rather than the prospects of the future.

We reflect on our flaws rather than our strengths. We grow thinking patterns of envy, jealousy, anger, and bitterness. Fear-based and toxic are our thoughts. And in repetitive thinking patterns that can become obsessive and that can even feel addictive, we repeat these thoughts over and over again, constantly.

Offer your full energy to your affirmations. Work on trusting them. Continue to repeat them. Your inner programming will be on your own side soon enough. Instead of your own worst enemy, your greatest critic and judge, you’ll feel like your own best friend. You’ll be your own ally.

Keep in mind that everybody has the ability to achieve greater levels of knowledge. Mental programming activates current behaviors, but the current way of life for everyone is simply temporary. When we understand our mental programming, it’ll change. All of us have a hidden talent.

HOW TO REPROGRAM YOUR MIND:

The majority of us have a vague understanding of what we believe we deserve. We also become disappointed and angry when life veers away from the course we have quietly planned for it. Why does this happen? Why? “We’re curious. This frustration can be powerful; it can inspire us to make a change.
